Terms and Conditions  
 
  1. Promotion is open to all qualifying MasterCard customers who spend S$250 or above in a single receipt at Perfumes & Cosmetics stores located at Singapore Changi Airport and pay with an eligible and valid MasterCard card during the Promotion period.
  2. One S$10 MasterCard cash voucher and one instant win lucky draw chance will be given to each eligible transaction with amount over S$250. Eligible transaction with amount higher than S$250 will not be given more draw chances. Customers are not allowed to split transactions in order to redeem more draw chances.
  3. Promotion period is from 18 November 2011 till 12 February 2012 (both dates inclusive).
  4. Gifts and vouchers are given only whilst stocks last.
  5. Prizes other than travel package will be given away on the spot.
  6. Redemption of S$10 MasterCard cash voucher is valid for subsequent purchases and must be paid by a valid MasterCard card.
  7. Every redeemed Shop-&-Win card must be accompanied by one original receipt with a minimum spend of S$250 with a valid MasterCard card.
  8. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
  9. Redemption of discount coupon for any fragrance purchase is only applicable on regular-priced items, and is not valid with other existing promotions. Moreover, the purchase amount difference, if any, has to be settled on a valid MasterCard card.
  10. In case of dispute, Nuance-Watson's decision on all matters relating to the Shop-&-Win promotion is final and binding on all participants and winners, and no correspondence will be entertained.
  11. This promotion and its Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore and all participants and winners are subjected to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts in the determination of any matter or dispute arising in connection therewith.
  12. In case of translation, English version of the Terms & Conditions should prevail.
